Personal data and preferences.
This notice covers the AvioDesk website and enquiries, demos and quotations. It does not cover student data held in school portals.
Data and purpose
We use your name, email, message and selected plan to reply and prepare demos or proposals. School or club and phone are optional; we do not ask for your country. We record acknowledgement and the notice version with the enquiry. You may also email us. Do not include student data, sensitive information or passwords. Fields marked as required are needed to handle your request. If you prefer not to use the form, you can contact us by email.
Legal basis
Commercial enquiries are handled to take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Handling professional contacts and protecting the service rely on legitimate interests in responding and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). There is no automatic newsletter subscription or automated decision-making about you.
Service providers
Enquiries are accessible to the controller and authorised people. Virtual IT Consulting s.r.l. (VAT no. 07974021219) provides hosting in Italy for the website, private contact queue and mailbox. Brevo sends your enquiry to info@aviodesk.com and a summary confirmation to the address you enter. In the current configuration, Brevo also records email opens and clicks, linking them to the recipient. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website; Turnstile uses technical signals, such as IP addresses and browser information, to distinguish people from bots. Google Analytics is used only under the conditions described in the optional statistics section. Contacts are not subscribed to newsletters.
Retention
The technical copy is deleted 30 days after Brevo accepts the email; undelivered requests are deleted within 90 days of creation. Email correspondence not leading to a contract is deleted within 12 months of the last contact, except for legal obligations or the defence of rights. Any backup copies remain protected and are not used to contact you. Technical form-session files are automatically removed after 30 minutes of inactivity, at the next cleanup cycle. The controller manages the deletion of correspondence from the mailbox.
Browsing and preferences
Technical tools are necessary for the requested service and do not depend on analytics consent. The form works even if you reject Analytics. Cloudflare and Turnstile protect the site and form by processing technical browser and connection signals; Turnstile is not an advertising tool.
Your rights
For access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable or withdrawal of consent, contact info@aviodesk.com. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or your local authority. We do not use this data for automated decisions with legal effects. We normally respond within one month. If the complexity or number of requests requires an extension, we will tell you within that month; the extension may be up to two additional months.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, is loaded through Google Tag Manager only after consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). It collects pseudonymous identifiers, pages, language, technical device information and selected interactions. It is not an anonymous service. The site does not send form content, names, emails, phone numbers or enquiry identifiers. Google Signals, personalised advertising and automatic form data collection are disabled.
Duration
Your choice is stored for 6 months, with the date and notice version. The _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to 6 months, without automatic renewal on every visit. GA4 event and user retention is set to 14 months; aggregated reports may remain available longer. We do not use User-ID, Google Ads, remarketing or session recordings. This period supports comparison with the same period in the previous year, without resetting retention on new activity.
Google / Cloudflare / Brevo
Google, Cloudflare and Brevo may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Provider data processing agreements and, where applicable, adequacy decisions (including the EU-US framework for certified organisations) or standard contractual clauses apply. These safeguards do not remove every risk; contact info@aviodesk.com for information and a copy of applicable safeguards.
Cookie preferences
You can reject, accept or select analytics in the banner. Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent. Cookie preferences in the footer lets you withdraw just as easily: we stop new transmissions and delete Analytics cookies accessible to this site. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Clearing browser data may cause the banner to appear again.
